Improving gymnastic

Well did more gym working, improving slowly.  Always get some good ideas which shall improve life, even if muscle strength has yet to immensely improve here.

Take a chance on me

Well it's a year. One year since began to try and sell it.  Just thinking of all the changes that have happened, this was when the ball started rolling.

So what was it, it was one year today that got surveyors out.  This was part of one of the most o important stories in my life, how I managed to escape Aberdeen.  I had been in my new job for a few months and now we were putting the flat up for sale.

Thinking all the amazing things that happened since, my life is massively improved all because I took a risk and left a job and city that was not making me happy and achieved the greatest success of my life, except getting married of course.

Histologicaltechniques work

Well did some extra work on the first website, www.histologicaltechniques.com

Seems to be an improvement here so far, layout much improved just need to refine the stains and techniques here.
